Sally Gardner, BACP
About me
Hello, I am licensed in the UK with 7 years of professional work experience. I am also a registered mental health nurse. I have experience in helping clients with mental health issues.
I work with a wide range of clients and also I counsel couples on relationship issues.
I have courses on how to find the right relationship and how to keep it.
Most people I work with there is usually underlying low self worth which can come from childhood traumas. I like to explore passed issues and relationships, as this then helps to understand why you might be feeling or behaving in a certain way. I mainly work with relationship issues, trauma and abuse, & intimacy related issues. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs. Taking the first step to sign up for therapy can take courage and I look forward to working with you.

Sally is great to work with! She listens extremely well and is both supportive and challenging. Her humanity shines through in our sessions and in the 4-5 weeks that we've been working together I've noticed noticeable improvement in the way that I think about herself.
