About me

Hi, my name is Sally I am excited about working with Better Help to expand my ability to help others. I have been a therapist in New York for twenty years and I really love what I do and hope to share that love with you. I graduated from Stony Brook University with a Masters Degree in Social Work and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I have worked in addiction, outpatient clinics, mental health clinics, in- home care and with crime victims. I have worked with all ages from children to elderly adults, with many different issues. My approach is very eclectic in style and client based. I believe the client is the most important person in the relationship and therapy works best when we build a relationship of trust and respect for one another in an accepting environment. My job is to guide you to a place of optimal functioning by identifying the skills that help you be the best version of yourself. I want you to recognize your progress and feel empowered to confront any problem or emotion that may come your way. I am looking forward to meeting you.

Sally has been a life saver. I have been putting off getting counseling for years but she has been great. She very personal, non judgmental, she actually listens and digests instead of just responding with a text book answer. I truly adore her.
