Sally is a great therapist. She helped me a lot with my life long problem of binge eating and provided me with guidance, healthier coping tools and useful worksheets. I am forever thankful to her and I gained so much more control and self esteem. Thank you.

Sally has greatly helped me process, and better understand, my-sometimes crippling anxiety. Pinpointing feelings and variations of my anxieties, and accompanying symptoms, have greatly helped me in how I approach daily life. Immensely thankful for her counseling, and guidance, in understanding the many facets of anxiety.
