I am so grateful that I have found Sam. I’m dealing with the aftermaths of trauma/infidelity, and at a point in my life where everything seemed so hopeless. Working with Sam has helped me start to regain a sense of control and challenge faulty thinking/unhealthy patterns. Furthermore, she is one of the most kindest, empathetic therapists I’ve had and really seems to understand the problem and what can be done to help her clients. I have also recommended her to my friend because I feel that trust in her abilities.

Samantha is really great, and although the time she has been my therapist hasn't been for very long I do feel as though we are making progress together. She listens and helps me reflect upon myself in a much healthier manner than what I would do alone instead.

Sam should be in the dictionary next to the phrase “safe space”. Her approach to therapy has not only made me feel seen and understood, but empowered to better myself. She practices what she recommends and has a real talent for stepping out therapy so it’s far less daunting to undertake. She’s one of the only therapists I have had such a great rapport with that I have felt comfortable enough to joke while discussing my trauma. We also have a BIG difference in time zones and she is more than willing to accommodate as needed. She will work with you to work on you!

I cannot say enough good things about Samantha! After a recent loss I was in dire need of someone to speak to - someone empathetic, kind, understanding, and personable. Samantha embodied all of that right off the bat. From our first meeting, I felt connected to her and that it was easy to be myself. She has a special way of making you feel validated and heard, all while keeping things light-hearted and positive. I appreciate the helpful tools she has been giving me along the way and know that continuity to work with her will help me become a stronger and more balanced person.

Sam has been a great help. She is like talking to a friend and confidant, not some anonymous clinician. She is a great listener and has given me things to think about that have helped me gain some insight. I feel fortunate and blessed to have found Sam.

I was hesitant of therapy for years because I’ve heard so many negative stories on it. But after struggling for years with my mental health, I finally caved and took the leap. I got paired with Samantha and I could have asked for a better therapist. She has a great balance of personal and professional relationship where I feel like I can be comfortable enough to open up about everything, yet be constructive about it. She’s helped me a lot when it comes with processing my emotions and keeping myself in check!

I'm so happy they matched me with Sam. So down to earth so I don't feel like I'm being judged or like I'm talkin to an 'Authority' figure. She's helped me be more Forgiving of myself and is always available in some way when I need her. I look forward to seeing her every week

She helped restore my positive associations with therapy rather quickly just from how she held herself as my new therapist. One of my main needs for my therapist is that I wanted someone who would show up for me. Mama S does exactly that and it only fuels my motivations to continue with inner work
