About me

Hello! I am currently a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor in Maine, with a certification in Drug and Alcohol Counseling. I have spent most of my professional career over the last eight years in residential care, working with individuals with severe and persistent mental illness. I have experience working with clients who are dealing with stress, anxiety, and depression, as well as crisis intervention. I believe in treating individuals with respect, compassion, and sensitivity, as well as truly meeting people where they are at. We will work together to determine goals and a plan to meet your specific needs. You have taken the first step in a more fulfilling life. I am here to provide support to you throughout the process, and I am looking forward to getting started!

Samantha is really great at actively listening. This is my first time with Better help; so experiencing her active listening really stood out to me. I end up leaving the sessions, more understanding of myself.
