Samantha has a wonderful way of making me zoom out. I have a tendency of hyper fixating, and making mountains out of mole hills. Samantha has helped me see from new perspectives, all while validating my emotions and encouraging me. I recommend her in a heartbeat!

Samantha is great. She is supportive and empathetic, but she does more than simply listen. She offers constructive advice and challenges me to do the necessary work of improving my mental health. I feel that she has shown me tools that I already had but didn't know how to use. Her support has made me feel empowered and hopeful.

She takes the time to address and listen to my concerns and not hastily responds. It speaks volumes on how much she cares for her clients no matter how much work needs to be done.

Samantha has helped me in so many ways and in such a short time. She provides check ins aside from our weekly meeting which makes me feel like I am a priority. I’ve struggled with anxiety, substance abuse, poor self image, etc and she has provided the tools and support needed to make me feel confident on the road to bettering myself. She’s helping me learn to put my needs first and veer away from people pleasing behaviors as well as connect with my significant other on a deeper level. I’m very appreciative of Samantha and her dedication to my happiness!

I have been seeing Samantha for just about a month now, and the amount of personal insight, breakthroughs, and progress I have made is astounding! She listens and offers insight that has helped me more in a month than me trying to help myself for over 30 years. I feel like she cares and really wants to provide me with the tools to live a happy, healthy, and fulfilling life.
Like I said; it has only been a month, but I couldn’t imagine my life without the help and insight I have received from her. I’m definitely starting to understand myself and my choices better now, and I look forward to therapy when about a month ago I was terrified of it. No judgement, only help on this road of progress.

It’s been a few months since I’ve last posted a review for Samantha. She continues to be a safe, judgement free space for me as I admit some pretty difficult feelings to us both and learn how to be more loving to myself. Samantha is such a wonderful therapist that I’m HAPPY to continue my therapy journey with her, even during the weeks where I’m not in a crisis or struggling to keep my head above water. I would happily recommend Samantha to anybody willing to explore their feelings, possible solutions, and apply them. She’s a fantastic mentor and sounding board. I often have many “trains of thought” and she’s able to connect the dots then point out the underlying theme or help me find a place to start working with my problem. She doesn’t shy away from showing me the mirror and calling me out on my nonsense, but she’s also very aware of how she does it as we’ve been together long enough that she’s conscious of her delivery, lest I shut down. I need(ed) a therapist who can be blunt when needed, thoughtful when I just need to contemplate, and delighted to help me evolve when I’ve hoisted up my pants and am ready to attack a problem. I’m delighted to have met her and will always be the first to recommend her.

Samantha is a very empathetic and skilled therapist. I definitely feel heard and she is able to get to the heart of an issue. She also has lots of suggestions for tools that are helpful. She replies very quickly and lets you know when she won’t be available. My only regret is that she’s only able to do text sessions right now. But she is extremely active in messaging whenever I need.

I absolutely love Samantha, she is the most perfect therapist I have ever had and I can tell she really cares about helping me, which is so nice. She always gets me and helps me come to realizations that I could not have come to without her. I’ve only been with her for about two weeks and I already feel like I have changed so much for the better. I will use Betterhelp forever as long as she’s my therapist.
