About me

I began working in the field of addiction in1990, in 2006 I stared work on a Masters Degree in Mental Health Counseling understanding that addicts very often deal with co-occurring issues. My first several years I worked primarily with adolescents; I've worked in residential and outpatient settings and have experience working with criminal justice or diversion programs.
As an older, senior therapist I've experienced enough of life to work well with an older geriatric population. My years of working with addicts and their families has given me a fairly thorough understanding of family systems.
