Sandi Fields, LCSW
About me
As a licensed clinical social worker in the state of New Jersey, I have experience working with individuals, couples and families with a variety of concerns such as depression, anxiety, PTSD, low self-esteem and relationship issues. Being a U.S. Army veteran I bring a uniqueness when working with clients who experience post-traumatic stress disorder (military and non-military), military sexual trauma (MST), the stress of military life on the family, and those transitioning/adjusting to civilian life.
Whether you are looking for a therapist, a life coach, or a co-pilot to help you navigate a difficult area of your life, my style is comfortable, warm and judgment free. My approach consists of cognitive-behavioral, cognitive processing, solution focused, IMAGO, and Gottman therapy. This variety allows me to offer you the most effective and personalized approach for your individualized needs.
You are reading this because you have decided to take action in seeking the life you desire and deserve to live. I have served this country, and if you will allow, I would be honored to serve you too!
I look forward to journeying with you.
