As a clinician I believe that people can change however, change is hard and often we need support during the process. My goal is to offer appropriate supports and resources as we navigate challenges and address concerns.
My counseling style is warm and interactive, I believe in treating people with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, and I don't believe in labels. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, mindfulness and acceptance. I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your specific needs.

Sandra was such a treasure to find - she brought calmness, wisdom, experience, empathy, and a caring and attuned presence. She supported me through the sudden and unexpected death of a parent and additional family and marital crises that occurred in the wake of that. I feel like we accomplished great work together in a relatively short time, and processing everything with Sandra helped me heal and move forward. It is amazing to me that I was able to find a wonderful therapist online, quickly and affordably, just when I needed it most. I’m so grateful!
