About me

I’m a licensed psychologist with a doctorate degree in psychology from the University of Oregon. I have extensive experience in treating adults of all ages with issues of depression, anxiety, stress and/or persistent pain. I also work with people coping with grief and loss, loss of motivation and loss of self-esteem or confidence. I use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness practices and approaches grounded in neuroscience in my work with clients.

If we work together, I will strive to be a compassionate, nonjudgmental therapist. We will use a collaborative approach to set the goals for your therapy, and we will develop strategies customized for you to address the issues you bring to therapy.
