Sandra has been an absolutely amazing support to me and I am so grateful I got the chance to work with her. She has helped me to identify so many key false belief systems, helped me to identify where they came from and has taken me on a powerful journey of dismantling those as well with so much encouragement and practical tools to help me in it. Tools I can keep using for so many other areas of my life. I really felt she was on my side cheering me on. I felt safe with her. I now understand my story and the things I went through with so much more clarity and compassion. She is a wonderful listener and also not afraid to challenge and speak into the places where we need to go deeper to find more healing and freedom. She’s just amazing and I am sad to have to put my therapy here on pause. Hoping to work with her some day again soon .. She took me further than I ever could have gone on my own.
