Thank you for taking the time to get to know me- I have served the community since 2008 & worked with all kinds of stressors/issues. I am credentialed as a Co-Occurring Disorder Professional Diplomate [International Addiction credential]; Certified Clinical Trauma Professional and an Licensed Clinical Social Worker 2 states. I have also done excessive training in grief & trauma. This year has been especially challenging but together- we can utilize CBT, DBT and help you gain confidence in your coping skills to help you be your best. I'm down to earth & have good vibes but also have education & clinical experience to ensure you are moving toward your goals. Lets meet and talk about you!

Sara respectfully listens to me and offers insightful advice and guidance in response. She also offers various ways to support me such as worksheets and groupinares as well as our video sessions. She is insightful and will come back to a topic I have previously brought up in our sessions which enables me to link behaviours and thoughts together.
