I have learned a lot about myself since working with Sara.
Sara has helped me immensely with overcoming an addiction, and also with many other things. She is a skilled listener and is very effective at helping you help yourself. She is very intelligent and it is easy to trust what she says. I would strongly recommend her to anyone.
Sara has been a great person to turn when I am dealing with my anxiety issues. I tend to ramble a lot about my anxiety and she is great at pin-pointing trends or specific thoughts. She will offer appropriate solutions to help me address them.
Sara is a great counselor. She's very attentive, empathetic, and most importantly she knows what to say for every situation.
Quick to respond to emails.
Professional. Great with re-directing me when I'm experiencing a lot of cognitive distortions.
Sara has only just begun to help me. I see a lot of potential in our counseling sessions and feel as though I can be open and honest with her.
Sara is a good listener and is very helpful in helping you to understand your thought processes and how to correct cognitive distortions.
She has helped me so much! I am so very grateful for her and she is amazing at what she does. The way she goes about helping you is amazing!
Great and very attentive therapist.
Timely responses and has a calming demeanor. She will get straight to the real issues, but you will still feel like you can easily express your thoughts and feelings
