About me

Hi, I’m glad you’re here. Reaching out for support takes courage, and I want to honor that by offering a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can explore what’s weighing on you—and what’s possible for your future.

Whether you're dealing with past trauma, grief, depression, anxiety, or relationship issues, I’m here to walk alongside you. You don’t have to go through it alone.

I believe therapy isn’t one-size-fits-all—just like a size 9 shoe won’t fit everyone. That’s why I use an eclectic approach, drawing from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), TEAM-CBT, and mindfulness practices. These tools help you tune into your values, unhook from painful thoughts or emotions, and start making choices that reflect the life you want to live.

At the heart of my work are empathy, honesty, and warmth. I care deeply about building a genuine connection with each person I work with. My promise is to meet you with compassion, not judgment—always.

If you’re ready to start therapy, I’d be honored to support you. Let’s begin this journey together.

Sara is a gifted therapist. From our first conversation, she made me feel heard and validated. Seeking therapy isn't easy, especially in a remote environment, but Sara has made me feel safe and comfortable. I'm very pleased with our work together.
