Sara has worked as a mental health clinical counselor for 8 years with clients ranging from 8-65 years old. Her specialties include those diagnosed with PTSD, oppositional defiant disorder, child and adult trauma, depression, anxiety, OCD, and suicidality, couples counseling, and folks who identify as LGBTQ+ and non-binary. She has worked with a diverse population of clients, and is extremely open to feedback and collaboration. Very progressive and great for people who are turned off by the sterotypical therapy we saw growing up in media like The Sopranos. She seems to be in touch and/or a part of things that millenials, and younger identif,y with but don't feel most older generations really understand.
