About me

It is my belief that the therapeutic relationship is the most important aspect of therapy. My approach is to help clients to grow to be the person they want to be. I love working with Parents, Individuals, Teens, and Women across the lifecycle. When looking for a therapist it is important that you find someone you feel comfortable with. Now more than ever things might be feeling a little overwhelming, maybe life was already feeling stressful, heavy, unhappy, and then this pandemic hit. These times have really put a strain on us as individuals, our relationships, our families, our jobs/school and tested us in every way in between. We can all use therapy during challenging times, periods of transition, navigating relationships and careers.

During a therapy session with me, you can expect me to ask engaging questions, offer feedback to help you identify the things that are limiting your success, remind you of your strengths, validate your emotions and experience, encourage you to look at things in a different way and help you identify the ways in which you want to change and grow.

I am passionate about my clients, and am continually impressed by how hard they work to give themselves an edge above the rest. I specialize in couples therapy, adult, and adolescent individual therapy, women’s specific issues, career counseling, and parenting and the parenting relationship. I have extensive training in Marriage and Family Therapy and also several years of experience with Career Counseling. I also have quite a bit of experience working with college students.

I use positive, productive and evidence-based couples counseling, therapy and coaching techniques to help you get real results. I can help you repair your relationships, heal and grow after a hard breakup or divorce, and achieve your personal goals. My goal is to create a supportive environment in which my clients can explore their emotional needs and overcome barriers that limit their full potential.

It's never too late to make yourself or your relationship a priority again - let's get started!
