Sarah is warm, supportive but can also help to push me to be better. She has knowledge in so many areas of therapy that she can cater to whatever is coming up for me and offer different options for addressing it and working through it. I can’t recommend her enough!

Sara listens and gave new perspective in addition to what I’ve addressed.
