About me
Hello, I have been a Licensed Clinical Social Worker for over five years. I have also been a Social Worker for over 20 years. My experience as a Clinical Therapist has been working with adults who needed support in the areas of depression, anxiety, young adult developmental stages, parenting issues, intellectual disabilities and trauma related disorders. Building a partnership and being very client focused is my treatment style. Fostering an environment to create awareness that change is possible with learning new ways to change habits when people feel stuck. My training includes Intensive Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Motivational Interviewing. I have been a trainer in the State of Wisconsin on best practices when working with young adults who are struggling with mental health and/or substance use disorders.
Ready to try something different? I am here to support and help you take that next step to learning simple coping steps to change your thoughts and change your outlook.
I look forward to working with you.
