Sarah is very sensitive to how I am feeling in a session. She pushes me when I need to be pushed and listens when I need her to listen. Her feedback is invaluable. She can handle a lot of chaotic thoughts, keep them in consideration while providing a sense of positive direction. I truly value my time with her.

Sarah is a very wise and skilled clinician. She has a friendly, warm demeanor and is nonjudgmental and supportive. She has been the extra support I have needed during times of stress and during times of calm to focus on myself and my goals for personal growth.
