About me

Life continually presents us with many challenges and changes. This may look like experiencing an unexpected loss, a significant change that has turned your world upside down, an unexpected medical diagnosis, feeling trapped by past trauma or unsafe relationships, or feeling overwhelmed due to daily stressors. Are you looking for support and a safe space to discuss these challenges and changes? Do you seek a path between where you are now and where you would like to be? You are not alone.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with 17 years experience who is here to support you. I have extensive experience serving survivors of intimate partner, sexual and hate violence. I strongly support each individual's right to progress at their own pace. I also have experience in, but not limited to LGBTQ needs, PTSD, depression, anxiety, grief and loss, and chronic illness. I hope to help you by creating a plan together using your existing strengths.
My approach is strengths-based and eclectic; integrating humanistic, cognitive-behavioral, mindfulness, problem-solving, motivational interviewing, narrative and solution-focused therapy, tailored to meet your specific needs.

We will work closely together to discuss and identify your needs, and to set manageable goals. I will help you identify and cultivate your strengths, as well as overcome unhealthy thought patterns. Ultimately, I hope to empower you to make changes that allow you to live your life with balance and self acceptance.

Working together you will have a compassionate, trustworthy support.
