Sarah is incredibly kind, receptive, and positive. I am incredibly grateful to have her as my therapist, and feel very supported. She responds very thoughtfully and promptly, and provides a wide array of exercises and solutions. She’s receptive to your needs and truly adapts and works with you to make things work for you. Cannot recommend her enough, it’s so wonderful to have a space where you don’t feel judged and are heard and validated.

Sarah has been incredibly helpful for several situations in my life I just couldn’t conquer on my own. In the process of overcoming some life obstacles I have also experienced personal growth, inner peace, healthier boundaries, life strategies and better insight into my children and my parenting. I am so grateful for the help she has provided me.
