I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in California with over 10 years of experience working with children, youth and families in therapeutic settings. I have worked with people with a wide range of concerns, including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting challenges, trauma, abuse, and aging.

My approach combines narrative, humanistic, mindfulness, somatic and expressive art therapies. I will partner with you to work through whatever life challenges you are facing. My therapy style is warm and collaborative. I believe in treating everyone with respect and compassion.
