I have 14 years of experience in the mental health field, working with people of all ages in a variety of settings. I’m experienced in helping clients coping with anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship issues, grief and loss, family conflicts, and more. I specialize in working with people who have experienced trauma.
My style of counseling is based on meeting you where your are at, working together to make changes toward the goals you want to meet, at the pace right for you. I am trained in Art Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Interpersonal Social Rhythm Therapy, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing therapy.
Everyone deals with challenges large and small in life, I believe therapy is a way to work through these challenges, learn, and grow. I can tell that Sarah cares very deeply and wants to help me find success even from the first time I talked to her. I was a bit skeptical at first, but I was pleasantly surprised at how much I trust her and how she can read what I need without knowing me for very long. She is awesome!
Sarah has been an amazing support to from the very beginning of working together. I feel like she understands me and what I need, and that has such a positive impact on my daily life. She is also very good at being that compassionate voice that I need modeled for me, because I can be self critical. I am very grateful that we connected thru this platform.
Very nice and easy to talk with.
Sarah is very alert to the details about her clients' needs. She seems very genuine and compassionate about her profession. She is very informative and makes herself available whenever needed. I think she's great and will help many people.
Sarah always answers back in a timely manner and really provides feedback that is relevant to my issues.
Sarah has been wonderfully helpful and encouraging.
I am very blessed to be paired with an amazing counselor. She has been incredibly helpful and makes me feel safe and accepted, always without judgement. I have received so much out of my time with her and have learned many things about myself. I needed a therapist who does EMDR for my PTSD and she's amazing at it. She has introduced me to art therapy, as well, and it is a whole new world for me I never knew about. I'm loving it! She always checks on me and is always quick to respond when I message her. I can't imagine counseling any other way. This platform is amazing and so is Sarah. I've had therapy before but this is by far the best.
Sarah was wonderful!
