Sarah is a great therapist. I feel like she helps me to understand myself better and provides different strategies to deal with things better.
Written on Mar 28, 2023 after therapy with Sarah Jane for 1 year and 5 months on issues concerning stress, anxiety, and compassion fatigue
Sarah Jane has helped me immensely in my journey towards a better quality of life. In just a matter of months I could see so much growth in myself, from learning how to shift away from negative and catastrophic thinking towards a growth mindset and being able to own my achievements more often and with more positivism and self reflection.
I always felt safe with her, being able to express feelings that I associated with guilt and shame, and going on hard journeys through a host of difficult emotions that allowed me to better understand my truth and how to put my needs first whilst learning to establish healthy boundaries.
Sarah Jane always had a number of useful worksheets to refer me to as we navigated so many topics and emotions, from grief to cognitive distortion to forgiveness and healthy communication. I have learned so much and can only smile when I remember all the times I managed to laugh. Who would have thought that laughter could feature in therapy?
Thanks so much for all the support, compassion and kindness you have given me on this journey to healing and happiness!

Sarah is a very kind and caring lady. Felt very comfortable to talk to her as a therapist. She lets you look at different view points of a situation and make your own personal judgement. Which then eventually leads to you answering the questions to your own problems. The work sheets are very object and give a good outside view on things. HIGHLY RECOMMEND HER! :)

It's enjoyable conversations too!

Sarah Jane has been so helpful to me over the last year and half. She has allowed me to spill out my heart and feelings without judgment. She encourages me to feel those feelings, validating them, encouraging me to give myself more grace, and helps me work through these feelings to better manage them. She has given me tools to go into difficult and triggering situations with more composure and ability to work through them safely and with a clearer mind. (most of the time - I'm still human) I'm so thankful for the variety of topics from being a woman, wife, and mother. She has given me courage to be open about my feelings and understand them, and letting go so much faster than I used to. What a gift.
