As a licensed professional clinical counselor (LPCC), my goal is to provide a safe, comfortable and non-judgmental environment that allows people to heal, grow and make positive change in their lives. My areas of specialty focuses on improving the lives of teens (16 and up), young adults and families. I have experience helping those who struggle with depression, anxiety, personality disorders, eating disorders, body image, trauma, self-esteem, and relationship issues as well as parenting and social skills development. I strongly believe in the healing power of therapy. Together, I will help you identify the barriers that are getting in the way and provide the tools to overcome.
