About Me

My name is Sarah and I am therapist and clinical social worker (LCSW) licensed in New York. I have professional experience providing counseling and emotional support to diverse populations in a wide variety of locations such as in Health Centers, Hospitals, High Schools, and Community based organizations. I have specialized training in the fields of grief work, relationship issues, depression and anxiety as well as general mental health and wellness.

As a psychotherapist I provide a comfortable and welcoming environment where we can work through whatever issues you are experiencing. I integrate a variety of therapeutic methods to suit each client's needs. These include Cognitive Based therapy, contemplative psychotherapy, and mindfulness. My personal approach to therapy is collaborative and compassionate.

I speak English, French and Spanish. It takes courage to seek help and I am here to support you. I look forward to hearing from you!
