Dr. Langley is a great therapist! In a few short months I’ve seen progress within myself and I want to thank Dr. Langley for her guidance and kind words. She definitely listens and helped me be more comfortable with myself.

I really enjoyed my sessions with Dr. Langley, in my time with her I was able to process things in a way that made sense for me. I felt supported, listened to and inspired to grow in some really great ways! Anytime I went into a session feeling unsure of myself, I would leave feeling empowered and encouraged to keep moving forward. Anytime I felt like I didn’t need to talk or that I didn’t want to, I went away so glad that I showed up. I absolutely recommend Dr. Langley!!

i am incredibly grateful for dr. langley’s help navigating issues with my family and my resulting lack of self-esteem.

before she and i worked together, i had a lot of anxiety around therapy. dr. langley was the consummate professional — with her patient and empathetic guidance i was able to start a journey of self-love and acceptance that i have been trying to begin for over a decade.

i cannot recommend her enough, particularly if you struggle with anxiety and low self-esteem.

I've been seeing Dr. Langley for 9 weeks now, and it's been extremely beneficial. She's been an excellent help in not feeding me the solutions, but providing the tools in teaching me how to find them myself.

She's kind, attentive, empathetic and uses her words wisely. Her care for her work with her clients is evident, and she always comes to our sessions ready to help me build a better version of myself, adapting with ease and support to whatever that may look like for that particular week.

Her personable yet professional approach to building rapport made me extremely comfortable early on in my journey, and I really appreciate how invested she is. It took me a few therapists to find someone I could benefit from, but I am eternally grateful for Dr. Langley and her work with me. She's helped me in becoming a better and more healed, mentally and emotionally-secure woman.

Dr. Langley has been very helpful and supportive on my journey since the start. She is a great listener, intellectual, and professional. I am grateful for how she has helped me to hone my thinking in a more empowering way and assisted in providing me tools and resources to help me understand myself better and to work through a range of issues in my life. I also appreciate the use of texting live sessions, this was a first for me but was a very nice alternative to in-person therapy. I highly recommend her to anyone considering counseling.

Written by C.O. on May 10, 2020 after counseling with Sarah for 2 weeks on issues concerning stress, anxiety, relationship issues, family conflicts, and parenting issues

I appreciate how Dr. Langley has me do the work She doesn't just tell me this or to do that. She listens and reflects what I am saying back to me. I appreciate that, because I know she understands what I am saying and how I am doing. It allows me to work through what is going on and to come up with my own solutions instead of everything being handed to me. I find that to be very helpful. I couldn't figure out where to start and I liked her suggestion of whatever is bothering me the most would help to discuss first. The other stuff just kind of fell in place behind the first.
