About me

I have been a mental health professional and practitioner in the healing arts for over 10 years. I incorporate a humanistic, client centered approach and work in collaboration with client's to identify problems and explore issues interfering with their ability to feel fulfilled, while supporting solutions that will improve their over all well being. My preferred treatment approaches include CBT mindfulness, solution focused and psychodynamic. My role as a therapist is to improve communication, support you to resolve conflicts and break unhealthy cycles. I have worked with a range of cultures and backgrounds and am comfortable exploring issues of sexual, gender and race diversity/ fluidity.
