Reviews

These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Sarah Nickerson. We don't pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with BetterHelp might be different.

Working with Sarah has truly been life changing. From day one, she created a space where I felt safe, heard, and understood. I didn’t realize how much I needed that. Her ability to balance compassion with directness has helped me confront things I used to avoid and grow in ways I never thought possible.

Sarah is insightful, patient, and incredibly skilled at helping me connect the dots between my past and present. She doesn’t just listen. She helps me move forward. I genuinely look forward to our sessions, and I leave each one feeling more grounded and empowered.

I can’t recommend Sarah enough. If you’re looking for a therapist who really gets it and will walk beside you through the hard stuff with both wisdom and heart, Sarah is the one.
