About me

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) with over 15 years of experience working in the mental health field. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, grief, trauma and substance abuse. I have worked with both individuals and in group settings.

My counseling style is warm and interactive. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. My approach combines humanistic, psychodynamic and mindfulness based techniques. I also incorporate creative expression through a variety of nonverbal methods. I will tailor our dialog and sessions to meet your unique and specific needs. When in-person sessions can resume more regularly I am excited to incorporate pet therapy and utilize my certification in Animal Human Health.

It takes courage to seek for a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards positive change. If you are ready to take that step I am here to support and guide you.

I look forward to working with you!
