Life is hard and sometimes we need to reach out to others for support and guidance. As your therapist I hope to be that person for you; someone you can seek support from but can also help to guide you to feel more in control, more grounded, and better able to face everyday stressors that pop up along the way. I believe we all have the power to grow from challenges; we just need the right guidance and space to do so. I strive to assist those struggling with issues such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, self-harm, trauma, anger management issues, and life transitions.
I'm a licensed therapist in the states of Texas and Connecticut and I have a diverse counseling background including work in a contact center environment, mobile crisis intervention and stabilization, and outpatient settings. I also have a background in working with clients who have experienced trauma.
