I'm going through a messy divorce and Sarah has been in my corner from the beginning. This was my first experience with therapy and Sarah made me feel at ease through all of it. She was supportive and listened intently. Offered tools for managing my anxiety, parenting, and even managing my relationship with food. She also gave me needed doses of the reality of my situation when I would be holding on to hope for unrealistic outcomes. Thank you for all you do Sarah.

She’s really easy to talk to and has given me vital feedback to reframe how I think about things. Her insight has helped me tremendously.

My experience with Sarah has been the best therapy experience I've ever had. She listens to my concerns and understands them, and gives me appropriate and effective coping tools to use. This isn't just a "vent session" like I've had with other therapists, this is someone who is truly helping me.
