About me
I am a Marriage and Family Therapist, licensed in the state of California. I received a Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology, with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy, from Pepperdine University, CA. I have been working with Clients and Families since 2012. I have extensive training and experience in Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Trauma Informed Care, Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), Child-Parent Psychotherapy (CPP) and Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR). I believe in collaborating with Clients to help hold and honor their experiences. I am passionate about normalizing mental health and helping Clients access their inner strengths.
