Sarah is extremely professional and client-focused in her sessions. She quickly gains a good understanding of personal challenges and the factors and dynamics involved. Sessions are very cordial and productive and she reaches out to check-in when there are prolonged gaps in contact. I appreciate her and her expertise very much.

Sarah is so warm and welcoming. She listens well and understands what struggles you are going through. I have been in therapy four times throughout my life and Sarah is such a breath of fresh air to have for a therapist. Her feedback is excellent and constructive in ways to help you grow.
