She's awesome, empathetic, and great listener, and helpful in sorting out internal conflicts.

I love working with Sarah! I had a previous therapist (not via Betterhelp) who would just listen to me ramble on, but wouldn't really chime in on how to help. Sarah chimes in with her observations, tells me to take it easy on myself, helps me see things from a different perspective. At times it's like talking to a friend, but one who obviously knows what they're doing and leads you in the right direction. When I found out that I would no longer be able to work with Sarah for logistical reasons, I actually cried! She was the first therapist I felt really understood where I was coming from and helped me. I definitely recommend her.

Sarah is excellent at understanding what you are trying to convey. Sometimes you are just confused and pouring out ideas and feelings. Sarah can sort through it and ask questions to help make sense of it all

Sarah is really great at helping me organically realize things within myself that I need to work on in a supportive way. I’ve had a lot of self realizations through talking with her and it’s helped me immensely. She’s supportive and cares and I look forward to our weekly talks.

Sarah is a great active listener, providing very thorough feedback and insights on what you say or write, which encourages you to communicate further with her and eventually get to a clear solution/ plan of action. She is very approachable and sympathetic. I would definitely recommend Sarah!
