By using a person-centered approach, Sarah partners with clients to identify goals and interventions that are in harmony with an individual's unique needs. In recognizing that each individual is the expert on their own life, Sarah assists clients in identifying their innate wisdom in order to overcome obstacles and promote healing.
Sarah Tronco, MSW, LCSW, graduated with her Master’s Degree in Social Work from Stockton University in 2014. Her Bachelor’s Degree is from Moore College of Art and Design, where she graduated in 2010 with a degree in Art Education. Sarah has worked with populations ranging from children to older adults, and utilizes a range of approaches when working with her clients, including Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Strengths-Based Therapy, and Emotional Freedom Techniques.
