About me

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Idaho where I graduated from Northwest Nazarene University with a Masters of Science. I have experience working with youth, adolescents, adults, and families in individual and group settings. Some clinical issues I see regularly include depression, anxiety, trauma, life changes, self harm, suicidality, and family issues.
As a counselor I work to empower clients to overcome life obstacles through a collaborative effort to build holistic wellness. I work with clients within their individual strengths and values while improving communication and coping skills. Throughout our counseling session, I am compassionate, understanding, and create a safe space to hold your story and your journey free of judgement.
My therapeutic approach is holistic based. Holistic Therapy takes the entire individual into consideration during the healing process. I utilize Gestalt Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Trauma-Informed Therapy, Art Therapy, and Reiki to guide clients through their healing process. I value individuals for the humans they are right now and will meet you where you are while working to better yourself and your life.
