About Me

I am a licensed therapist based in the Bay Area, California and have been delivering mental health services for 8 years. While most of my experience has been working with individuals, I also work with couples, families, and parents. I have clinical experience in a wide array of issues, including anxiety, depression, LGBT-related struggles, trauma, family and relationship conflicts, parenting struggles, OCD, body-focused repetitive behaviors, tics, self-esteem, emotional dysregulation, and selective mutism.

My approach is very compassionate, strengths-focused, goal-oriented, and values-based, and it maintains a Cognitive Behavioral and ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy) framework. I aim to facilitate clients’ ability to identify unhelpful patterns and create more healthy and workable ones. And I firmly believe all individuals have the ability to build a wider repertoire of skills and live a more fulfilling and meaningful life.

I strive to meet my clients where they are and create a collaborative and interactive relationship. While my role is to help identify unhealthy patterns, I do not work to impose my values or goals onto my clients. Instead, I help clients determine what the correct path for them is and how they can go about getting on that path.

It takes courage and strength to recognize the need for help in any of our endeavors, and even more so to seek it out. If you are ready to take that first step, I am here to support and empower you in making the changes you seek.

I look forward to working with you!
