My name is Sean Anderson. I graduated with a bachelors of psychology from the University of New Orleans and a masters of social work from Tulane University. My approach is neuro cognitive and existential and I have extensive experience in cognitive behavioral, dialectical behavioral, emotion focused, imago, and narrative therapies and utilize techniques from motivational interviewing. I've worked with a wide range of clients in all stages of change and find particular success with people suffering with depression, anxiety, identity, esteem, family, relationship, trauma, and attachment concerns.
