The most common kinds of clients with whom I work are people like you who are going through the muck and mire of life. I will sit with you through you trials and tribulations. My work deals with self-empowerment. We already have the answers to our issues the work is together we will find that answer. I am available for online teletherapy.

Great at helping me feel comfortable talking and the worksheets are great tools.

Sean has done great to allow me to voice and vent my thoughts, and has provided me advice and techniques to better help me with my anxieties. The best words I will always take from his advice is that, “Anxiety is not always a bad thing and can be healthy. “ Those words really helped me understand my situation, to not feel alone, and dispelled what society puts out there about anxiety being a bad thing.
