My name is Seth Erickson and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I have extensive education and training to go along with 7 years of experience helping individuals overcome depression, anxiety and traumatic experiences. I am experienced in using multiple treatment approaches including CBT, person-centered therapy, and crisis intervention. I believe that all people have a great capacity for change and given the right opportunity, can heal and grow. My sessions allow for you to be present in the moment and not feel rushed as you work on the goals that you have set for yourself. I understand that counseling is not an exact science and will not promise that if you do “x” then “y” will happen. However, I do believe that healing and recovery can come through the counseling process. It is often hard and not always a pleasant experience. Yet, I want to be here to help you find the direction you seek and support your healing journey.

Seth has been great to work with. I've appreciated his ability to be a good listener, he provides meaningful responses and direction so I always feel like I am working towards my goals.
Seth has been great. We have spent four difficult weeks together working on past trauma, but it is worth it. I’m seeing improvement in several aspects of my life.

Seth does not just tell me what I want to hear. He has a great way of positively providing me with ideas, tools, and information that I can use to better control my emotions and understand myself. I am looking forward to many more sessions with Seth.
Seth is simply amazing. He takes the time to really listen, he isn't pushy, and he makes sure to clarify that he understands what your saying so he did not misinterpret the meaning in your statements!! 100% would recommend him!
I’ve had a few chat sessions and meetings with Seth. He is a great listener and helpful!
