Reviews

These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Seth Gruenwald. We don't pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with BetterHelp might be different.

Seth Gruenwald has always worked best with me and for me. He listens to my background & gives me the best advice for my mental health. He also has referred me great movies and books where I felt less alone in my situation & more confident to face my struggles and worries. Most importantly, he doesn’t give me cookie-cutter advice and is completely professional and honest with me.

Seth is an amazing therapist. He´s warm, empathetic, perceptive, gentle, and wise. He is a comforting presence, and very easy to talk to. We´ve been working together for a few months now in weekly video sessions, which I have found super-helpful in gaining more understanding of myself and making constructive changes. Highly recommended!

Seth has a lot of patience and takes the time to really understand what you may be going through.
At the same time he is a great listener and understands what it is you would like to work through and what your goals are.
He checks in regularly and is always there to make sure to give you words of reassurance.
