I am a Licensed Professional Counselor w/Substance Abuse Approval in the state of Wisconsin, Idaho, Texas, and Michigan. I have been in the field of counseling for 17 years now working as a licensed mental health and substance abuse psychotherapist. I hold a Masters degree (MS) in Community Psychology and a Bachelors degree (BS) in Human Services. I am also certified as a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, Certified Clinical Anxiety Treatment Professional, and a Certified Clinical Telemental Health Professional. I have worked with clients of all ages that deal with a wide range of concerns, including mood disorders such as depression and anxiety. My therapy approach combines a sense of Reality Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Rational Emotive Therapy.
