About me

Hi my name is Shan Croft, and I am a licensed therapist in Georgia with 8 years of experience working as a therapist. I have worked with clients with a multitude of presenting issues such as depression, anxiety, self esteem, relationship issues, career challenges, and other life challenges.
My therapy style is collaborative, direct, supportive, and solution focused. My goal is to help clients connect and re-frame the thoughts, emotions, and behaviors that could be acting as barriers to a satisfactory life. I believe in showing all individuals respect, sensitivity, and empathy. My therapy approach combines cognitive-behavioral, solution focused, motivational interviewing, and narrative therapy. I will customize our dialogue to meet your specific therapeutic needs.

If and when you are ready to take the next step towards promoting your healing. I am here to support and encourage you on that journey.

I look forward to working with you!

**Note to Clients: Sessions are either 30 minutes long or 45 minutes. I have session times blocked off for 45 minutes on my calendar however, if you do not need the entire 45 minutes for a session then it is perfectly okay. I am flexible to accommodate to if you need a shorter session.

This woman right here, is phenomenal. The most down to earth therapist I've had. Words cannot begin to articulate how much she has helped me, although I was skeptical at first (having prior neg experiences ) I grew to love and appreciate her honesty and ability to help me process what I was going through/what I had been going through and what I already went through for years. I've never had a therapist dive deep with me to the point that she has. I'm so glad that I let her in because she has helped me discover what had always been there, hidden underneath all the pain. The true essence of me. My strength , my beauty, my resilience, even my innocence, my confidence and so much more..... I wish I could give her, her flowers but maybe this will do.
And to whomever may read this review, know that you got this and that the sun comes out shortly after the rain. You're in good hands with Ms. Shan.

Shan is a sweet, understanding person and a great listener. Shan helped me to see things in a way I otherwise wouldn’t have seen. That in turn made me cope with my situation in a better way. Thank you.

Shan is both brilliant down to earth. She listened attentively, understood my concerns, and gave feedback which was practical and useful. With her help, I discovered issues that have hindered me all my life and learned how to recognize and overcome those influences. I'm extremely grateful for our talks.
