She is very responsive, respectful, and professional with her advice.

Shanel has been approachable, helpful and professional. She pays attention to detail and provides a response to everything you describe or ask about. Where I have struggled to articulate what my thoughts and feelings are, she is able to share her insights on the situation in a way that Makes sense to me. She checks up on me if she hasn’t heard from me after a weekend. She has definitely been a great help.
