I was quite sceptical about starting my session as I was very low and didn’t think it would help at all but Shanice was incredible from the get go! She checked in before our session to make sure I had everything I needed support wise and during our sessions she listened to everything I had to say and gave such wonderful guidance on what I needed to do going forward, she not only helped me with my main issue but also gave support in other situations.
