Shannon is always willing to help in any situation.
Shannon is an amazing counselor. I love that I can go back and reread some of the positive and encouraging messages that she has sent me. She asks great questions and makes me think about my issues in a new way.
Shannon always responds to everything in a timely manner and is genuine in actually caring and checking in her patients well being. I would recommend her to anyone who is seeking help with their life. Sometimes you just need someone to talk to who knows nothing about your situation and will help you think through it. Shannon is great at doing so. She helps you think through things and reminds you of reasons why things are the way they are and helps you to better yourself and your situation in your own way and supports your decisions.
Shannon is very engaged in my situation and my improvement. She asks and suggests just enough to provoke thoughts and validate my personal insights. But she also tells it straight when my concerns are...far-fetched, AND she explains why without being dismissive or patronizing.
Shannon has been a great help and comfort to me. She is very easy to talk to and relate to and some of the things she said to me in our chats on here helped me more than the in-person counselor I was seeing for almost a year. I am doing better now but if I feel the need for counselling again in the future, I will be requesting Shannon Egg specifically. Thanks again Shannon, if I could hug you over the internet I would!
Shannon is open minded and understanding. I feel understood and validated in our sessions, and I like that she provides practical suggestions for dealing with issues while also being non-judgmental!
