Reviews

These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Shannon Hautala. We don't pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with BetterHelp might be different.

Shannon has a lot of life experience and is a great communicator. She makes me feel supported, validated, and a little less crazy. She and I have a lot in common and I am so grateful I was paired with her.

We’ve only had one session together so far and we vibed instantly. She has made me feel so seen and validated and has not come off judgmental or preachy or close minded. She’s so unapologetic and down to earth and that’s the kind of energy I want in my life. I guess it really is third times the charm because I had two therapists before this and I always just felt disconnected. She doesn’t make me feel that way and that’s a huge win for me.

I've only had one real session but small conversations here and there and it's helped just KNOWING i have her there to help with my anxiety ridden thoughts and problems when I need an ear to listen to me

Shannon makes it feel like I'm talking to a friend about my problems, while also reminding me of the things I need to work on. She offers a safe space for me to vent and cry without judgment, and even helps put things into perspective.

Very good listener and provides excellent feedback.

Shannon is very sweet and dedicated to her patients. Her empathy has helped a lot, as well as her not being afraid to tell you her honest opinion. She has a very good balance of not sugar-coating it, but not downplaying it either.
