About me

Do you feel like a prisoner in your own mind? Do you have an overwhelming sense of anxiety or depression? Are you completely exhausted by your pain? I am a compassionate and caring Christian counselor who has helped hundreds of people to redefine their lives and live more meaningful, joyous, and focused lives.

People come to me when they’re struggling with panic, parenting, grief, couples’ issues, loneliness, abandonment, personality disorders, trauma, stress, avoidance, life-direction, or healthy self-esteem. As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I hold a Master's of Arts degree in Professional Counseling from Liberty University, and I am certified in Unconscious Resilience Therapy™.

You're wanting things to change and I can help you experience that change. I will walk alongside you through your unique journey and help you to identify and take actions that are realistic, relevant, and can improve your life situation.

Whatever you are struggling with, I can help you find a sustainable, healthy, and productive way that enables you to move forward. I offer a safe environment where you can release your feelings of guilt, shame, anger, or sadness - clients often tell me my approach feels “like a warm hug.”

It's awful and exhausting to feel out of control, and I get that. Standing up to your negative thinking is one of the bravest things you can do. Your life can be different. Experience the change you deserve and start living a more meaningful and relevant life!

Reviews

These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Shannon Mosher. We don't pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with BetterHelp might be different.

I just really love how Shannon is practical, knowledgeable and to the point. She makes me feel like I matter and is willing to dig in to the root of the issue without any fluff. She keeps in touch regularly and makes me feel like I’m her only patient. 10/10 recommend.
