Shannon is excellent. She really helped me uncover unconscious and unhelpful thinking patterns, she was wise and also cheerful. I unpacked a lot with her and came away feeling much better.

After switching from a therapist who didn’t seem to listen or want to help Shannon was a breath of fresh air. She is amazing, we can laugh and get serious when needed.
