Sharla is absolutely wonderful. She is patient, kind and extremely insightful . Her approach with me was very casual (for lack of a better word) which made it easy to open up, to feel comfortable being myself and to be vulnerable and open.

I have found the resources she suggested I try between sessions really good and will most certainly keep using them as I move through life! Thanks Sharla!

Sharla is very intuitive and kind. She approaches things in a very holistic manner and I get a very deep sense of being cared for and that she cares. Her experience is great and she has helped me already and it is only a few weeks in.

Sharla has been immensely helpful throughout this process. I was very hesitant to try counseling, but I’m very thankful I did. I went into this mostly just wanting direction and resources on how to help manage my stress and anxiety and that’s exactly what I got and more. I really appreciate that Sharla gave me a toolbox to help myself instead of making me rely on only speaking with her. I truly feel I have the tools necessary to continue growing on my own

The sessions are shorter than I'd like, but Sharla picked up on my deeper reasoning for wanting therapy within a couple of minutes and has been very helpful so far.
